Agents are now bringing in stagers before the house is listed to increase curb appeal and prepare it for showing.
Services and Rates
Heidi will tour your property and make suggested recommendations including: improving curb appeal, repairs if needed, decluttering, painting, lighting and rearranging furnishings. Heidi will note what should be edited at the time of the walk through. Heidi will then artfully arrange your home to maximize its appeal. This service also includes a free brochure on Tips for Showings (over a dozen ways you can capitalize on the impact of a showing.) First impressions are vital to your home sale!
$350.00 for a whole house stage. This can be done in 1-3 hours.
